Businesses, designers, and fashion ateliers are welcome to order from us. To get started, we only require proof of your business activity, such as a business registration certificate. Once we have received your registration, we will get in touch with you to introduce our fabric samples.

When creating an account for our online shop, you will automatically be asked to upload your business registration.

You can order our in-stock fabrics directly through our online shop. In addition, you can choose from more than 5,000 different fabric designs available from Japan. You can find our catalogues here.

We can provide the catalogues as PDF files, fabric swatches, or sample cards. We are also happy to visit you in person or send you a curated selection of samples.Once you have made your selection, you can place a binding order using our order form.

Yes, we ship throughout the European Union. Please note that for some countries, additional customs charges may apply alongside shipping costs (e.g. Switzerland and the United Kingdom).

The minimum order quantity is 1 bolt (approx. 12m) per design.

Orders for our in-stock fabrics are dispatched from our warehouse in Berlin within 3–4 business days.

For fabrics ordered from Japan, the exact delivery date depends on the time of your order and the specific fabrics ordered. In general, delivery takes approximately 12–14 weeks after receipt of the order confirmation.

In some cases, faster delivery is possible via air freight. We work with both air freight and sea freight, depending on the shipment.

Occasionally, a fabric may be temporarily unavailable in Japan. In such cases, it will be shipped with the next available shipment from Japan. As a result, partial deliveries may occur.

As a rule, we dispatch fabrics as soon as they arrive at our warehouse, even if this means sending a partial delivery. If you prefer us to hold partial deliveries until the complete order is available, a deposit of 50% of the total order value is required.

Unfortunately, delivery delays cannot always be avoided in certain circumstances.

Yes, we always have a selection of fabrics in stock that we can dispatch to you immediately. The dispatch of these fabrics only takes 3-4 working days.

You can order stock items directly via our online shop.

This fabric is probably not currently available in Japan. We are endeavouring to obtain this fabric for you as quickly as possible. However, it can happen that the weaving mills have to produce some designs first. These fabrics will be held back for you and dispatched to you as soon as they are ready. You can enquire about the status of outstanding items at any time.
