Refund policy

We sell exclusively to businesses, freelancers and institutions, following prior registration and approval in our online shop. As a B2B supplier, we are not legally obliged to accept returns.

Nevertheless, we aim to offer fair and practical solutions.
Returns of purchased goods are voluntary and only possible after prior agreement, provided the purchase was made recently and the goods are unused and in resalable condition.

Unpaid/collect returns will not be accepted.
For returns that are not due to a complaint, incorrect delivery or similar reasons, we reserve the right to deduct a handling fee of up to 15% of the goods value, with a minimum charge of €5.00.

Please note that data carriers or individually ordered or customised goods are excluded from return.

We are not liable for any damages that may occur through the use or application of our products.
