Shipping policy
1. Shipping Provider and Method
All shipments are made with DHL. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Berlin, Germany. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the respective shipping zone.
2. Shipping Zone: Germany
Shipping costs (net) within Germany:

3. Shipping Zone: European Union
We ship to all EU member states. Shipping costs (net):

4. Delivery Times
Delivery times are in accordance with our Terms & Conditions (AGB):

In-stock items: approx. 3–5 business days after receipt of payment

Items ordered from Japan: at least 10–12 weeks after order confirmation (longer lead times may occur)
5. Costs and Transfer of Risk
All deliveries are made at the buyer’s risk and expense.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the actual order weight.
6. Partial Deliveries
Partial deliveries are possible upon request. Additional shipping costs may apply.
7. Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to missing information, refusal of acceptance, or any other reason caused by the customer, the customer shall bear the return shipping costs as well as the cost of resending the goods.
